Learn more about our process and get your questions answered. If we haven’t answered your question below, or if you’re looking to get started with your complimentary design estimate don’t hesitate to call us and we’ll get you scheduled right away!

  • Q: How long does the process take?

Each project timeline differs, but the consultation takes about 90 minutes. Jobs are usually finished within 4 to 6 weeks after the consultation and many installations can even be completed in a day. Be sure to talk with your designer to determine a timeline that works for your project.

  • Q: What should I expect during my consultation?

Each consultation will vary since each project is different. However, you should expect a designer to meet with you at the designated time. They’ll see your space and ask you some questions in order to get to know you and understand your storage needs. During the consultation, they’ll also go over design ideas, cost options, and a timeline.

  • Q: What do I need during my consultation?

All you really need is the will to get organized and an idea of what areas you want to focus on. Whether it’s a custom closet or a pantry storage solution or even a home office, we’ll help you get organized.

  • Q: When can I get my estimate?

Our designers want to work within your timeline. Give us a call and we’ll set up an appointment when you’re available.

  • Q: How does installation work?

Installation is included in the price of our products. Our expert installation team will safely and efficiently install your new units; we do not let our customers install units on their own for safety reasons.

Our designers will inform you of the best ways to prepare for an installation prior to your installation date. While the flooring usually does not need to be removed, we will ask you to remove any clothes or personal items from the space to make it easier to install your new shelving systems and cabinets.

  • Q: Where are you located? 

Our main showroom is located here in West Berlin, NJ at 436 Commerce Lane. You can also visit us in our showroom at the Paoli Design Center, which is closer to our customers in Philadelphia. Our partners at Creative Design Works also feature our products in their office in Livingston, NJ. Stop by to see some of our custom storage solutions in action.

  • Q: Your showroom is too far from me, but I need to get organized? What can I do?

Have no fear, our designers can come to you! We frequently go to homes and apartments in Southern Jersey including Atlantic City, the Shore,  Maryland, and Delaware. Give us a call to get started.
